Why We Do What We Do

Our founder, George, has always loved sport and fitness. But life hasn’t always been easy.

In his twenties, he faced challenges with addiction, depression, and low self-esteem. Fitness was a constant, and eventually, it became a key part of his recovery. Through that experience, George learned that health is about far more than appearance. It’s about mindset, wellbeing, and the people you surround yourself with.

That’s why MyFitness Kerry is built around more than just workouts. From nutrition guidance and mindset tools to breathwork and a supportive community, everything we do is designed to help you thrive inside and outside the gym.
